Car parked on pavement

Car has been parked across most of pavement for several days. Prams need to go on road to get around car and it is a busy route on the way to park and schools so inconveniences many parents. Wheelchair users would also not be able to use pavement.

  • The council parking enforcement can’t do anything about this as the driver has not parked on double yellow lines or a dropped kerb . Please report this motorist to the police, they are breaking the law by: 1. Driving on the pavement 2. Causing a dangerous obstruction to pedestrians

    Call 101. Option 5. Option 2. Option 1.

    Tell them it’s been there a few days. Be sure to get an “incident reference number”
