Bollard damaged

Bollard looks as though it has been hit by a vehicle and the pavement around it has been badly damaged. It's quite a narrow section of pavement and therefore quite an obstruction. It is on the cemetery side of the road at the junction of Beaufort Road/ Beaconsfield Road.
