5x5x5 inch hope in pavement

Outtside 4 Clare Road, BS15 1PJ, there is a pothole to the left side of their dropped curb, which measures approx 5x5x5 inches. I don't know how long it's been there, but last night around 19.00 hours, my foot went down it and I fell onto the pavement.
