Unauthorised building in parkland

This tree house has been built on parkland. Occupant of the property has taken down their fence and built the tree house on parkland. Half of the tree house is on their land and half is on parkland. This breaks multiple legislation.

Children are now accessing the park through the back garden of the property as they have removed their boundary fence to build the structure
