Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 08:53, Wednesday 15 February 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4233772.

Third time reporting - 4058157

Lerge amount of refuse is dumped and continues to get dumped in the alley that divides Prospect Avenue and Charlton Road, access from King Johns Road.

Dumped material is a mixture of building refuse, household waste, looks like the contents of a few ashtrays (cigarette butts).

Issue has been present for 6+ months.

Dumped material blocks access to residents, harbors vermin, and presents a safety hazard to passing pedestrians as the pile collapses into the street.
