No safe way to go anywhere after getting off bus

For anyone trying to use the us bus stop, it is extremely hazardous to cross the road here. I have see several close calls. It is extremely difficult for anyone, especially the elderly or those needing walking aids or who have small children, to get to the nearest crosswalk as there is no pavement to walk on and the grass/mud paths of the downs are impassable to any with aforementioned issues.
