Blocked drains

The 2 drains on the access road to Howecroft Gardens from Eastmead lane are completely blocked. It is a steep slope so the rain runs off and the drains below cannot cope so, in heavy rain, water flows into garages. Ideally we could do with a couple more drains. The whole pavement is in a real mess of different materials and with a lot of patching. It could do with replacing.
