Missing signs "No loading at any time" and Waiting Restrictions "At any time on footway". Previously installed on lamp post to south of entrance aperture to "The Crescent". This is a contributory factor to problem pavement parking outside The Crescent and by zebra crossing on Canons Way/Cathedral Walk
