Rubbish!
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 08:21, Friday 24 February 2023
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4259625.
I previously reported this issue case number 4011039. This is an ongoing and annoying problem on this stretch of Gloucester Road. The bins are left blocking on the pavement all the time. There is clear evidence of animals (foxes and maybe rats?!) getting in to the rubbish. And it makes the neighbourhood look awful.

See the same every week, especially with the rubbish bags just being left for animals to get into. Bins are never put back inside the properties and just get in the way of people trying to walk down the street. Is very unpleasant and unhealthy too.

Agreed, this problem needs to be tackled and fixed for good as it's been going on for months.
