Parking on pavement outdide number 75

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4263987.

There are always cars or vans parked with all four wheels on the pavement here which causes an obstruction because cars trying to exit from the flats (gated area next door) cannot see the road because the car/van/truck blocks the view of the road and so it's dangerous. I've nearly been in an accident twice now because of this parking.
