Branches that were cut from the trees on Thicket Ave have fallen into my garden

My garden is covered in branches from when the lime trees were pollarded a few weeks ago. I have complained about this problem a few times but have been told there are no branches as they cannot be seen from the road. I am not happy about all the branches in my garden and in my hedge and they need to be removed please. You need access to my property to do this. Someone needs to contact me please.
