Overgrown Shrubs next to low wall

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4273200.

Opposite the turning bay, the hedges are growing over into the road and scratch cars going past, the heges/shrubs go over the wall (which is around 2ft high) , please arrange for this to be made clear.
