Faded yellow lines resulting in illegally parked cars blocked driveways

The double yellow lines have faded which encourages cars to park illegally and obstruct driveways to 17 and 19 Kendon Drive. Hospital staff parking make this a daily issue. The parking near the the corner of Kendon Drive and Maskalyne Avenue compounds the problem. Thank you for your help.
