Constant litter, fly tipping and dog poo

I love this green space, feel so grateful to have this close to our house. The kids and dog love it here, especially in the summer. Unfortunately it is no longer safe due to the excessive littering, fly tipping and dog poo that is everywhere. Currently there is a commode bucket that has been dumped, huge bottles of an unknown substance left behind the trees and broken glass. The dog poo is everywhere even though there is a bin there to use. I believe the bins get emptied but no one to clean up the mess, I try to clear up what I can but getting fed up of it now as can’t safely enjoy this lovely space
