Pavement obstruction with no substitute path

This pavement obstruction and building rubbish is right by a nursery and school. The pavement has been blocked off for weeks with no safe route alternative for pedestrians. This is also not safe for anyone using a wheelchair as there is no safe route off the pavement where obstruction starts. When work is conducted. Rubble has fallen (albiet small amounts) off onto my head
