Dog Faeces covering grass

Reported via mobile in the Noticeboard/Signs category anonymously at 14:26, Tuesday 7 March 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4289807.

It seems more people are using the green on Marion Walk to walk their dogs. Sadly no one seems to be picking up their dog Faeces and it has built up on the grass. Now the weather is improving children usually play on the green which will be impossible at the moment. I live at the top of Marion Walk( number 17) so apart from when passing I cannot see who is using the green and do not clear up after their dog(s) . Can you please consider putting up a sign to remind people, I'm not sure if the small area warrants a bin as I think this has built up over few weeks. I'm not sure what else to do . Thank you for your time so far, Louise Jackson

Updates

  • A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.

Posted by Bristol City Council at 14:26, Tuesday 7 March 2023

  • I agree this patch of grass has now become unsuitable to let children walk on due to the poo.

The area could do with a bin - for poo and also for the amount of litter that seems to build up.
