Broken wall completely obstructing pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4290628.

The walk has been broken for some time now. Though the raw materials are separated with metal barriers and an orange cone, this part of the pavement is completely inaccessible to pedestrians.
