Infront busstop Sefton Park Road, Drain pot fully silted/clogged, gulley cover clear but sunk down 3 or 4 inches , surrounding tarmac breaking to bits, cycling hazard, passenger hazard, after rain ponded so potential splashing grubby surface water up over pavement and pedestrians.
