Temporary traffic lights causing severe delays

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4313731.

3 way temporary traffic lights have been in place for a month or so with no progress. Cause severe delays at peak times and on surrounding roads (eg M32 junction to UWE Bristol). The impact and working time lost has been huge.
