Bushra Lounge clients parking on double yellow lines repeatedly

People visiting Bushra Lounge, 408 Gloucester Rd, BS7 8TR continually park on double yellow lines of Church Road close to the restaurant. Vehicles park both sides of the road, on the pavements and sometimes block the entrance to Gloucester Rd Medical Centre. This causes frequent traffic queues. The obstructive parking frequently occurs in the evening until very late, sometimes approx 10 vehicles causing obstruction. The restaurant (Basra Lounge) appears empty from the front but the customers are using the Shisha lounge at the rear. This has been going on for years now and is totally unacceptable for local residents.
