The blue Honda pictured, WV68 ZGC, is frequently illegally parked outside of 49 Westbury Hill. The owners of this car would appear to be the occupiers of the aforementioned, 49 Westbury Hill. They are doctors and often have a card on the dash saying they are visiting as doctors. But as I say, it's their car, so are they visiting themselves as doctors. Or, as they simply illegally parked and trying to make it seem as if they are not? I class this as an obstruction as this is already a dangerous road and to narrow it, selfishly, makes it even more dangerous. This has been going on for years.
