Pedestrian crossing traffic lights malfunctioning.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Over the last few days the lights are on a constant stop/go cycle, even when there are no cyclists or pedestrians crossing. The operating button turns red to stop the traffic as soon as the lights turn green without being pressed manually. Causing tailbacks to the Hicks Gate roundabout and beyond.
