Drain blocked causing flooding and accidents

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 09:57, Tuesday 21 March 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4339119.

The drain outsied cafe Napolita (83 Mina Road) is blocked and is causing large puddles to collect on the road and pavement. We have had many complaints and I have witnessed several accidents, including an older lady slip and fall on the pavement outside. This has been the second incident I have witnessed over the last few months where someone has been hurt and threatened to sue the council if the issue is not fixed. I have also seen many people get sprayed as cars pass, and there is often a congestion of pedestrians looking to cross the road when there is heavy rain, due to the pavement being impassable.
