Walking in road

You have the path out of action one side and the road the other. You are forced to walk INTO the road and oncoming traffic with no cones or protection. What is this ? So dangerous, cars revving as annoyed at lights taking so long. This is not safe for walkers on Gloucester Road and needs looking at immediately.
