Blocked drain. Water running down the road, looks like it is beginning to cause damage to the pavement/gutter from underground

This appeared around mid/late morning but has continued when I returned home.

  • I noticed the water level in the drain subsided on wednesday, but having just returned home (thursday 23rd) the drain is again overflowing and the water is flowing down the road in the gutter.
