Pothole and bump resulting from previous poor repair to bus lane

The drain cover illustrated was reset some months ago so badly that it causes an obstruction in the bus/cycle lane. A pothole has now appeared just in front of the drain cover. The original contractors should be held responsible for making good the original repair to restore what was a flat surface, and filling the pothole which represents a further danger to scooters and cyclists. Thank you!
