Magnolia tree obscures sign when in leaf

Reported to me by a local resident. This magnolia tree is on land owned by Downs View court. When it is in leaf it blocks the road sign shown, which contributes to dangerous driving on this junction, as cars entering from the uphill side of Upper Belgrave Road do not realise the road they are entering is two-way, and often drive on the wrong side of the road.
