Drains blocked.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4346242.

Drains blocked all down Headley Road and causing water to come out of manhole cover on pavement in front of 12 Headley Road. Flooded drains and blocked drains give rats access to the drains and sewers. I reported this two years ago and even though received a message to say it was sorted it never was dealt with.
