Large pothole this is safety defect and needs repairing urgently

Large pothole, in the middle of the left hand lane, it is a safety issue and will cause an accident. Cars are swerving to avoid. Motorcyclists and cyclists will fall off of the hit the pit hole. And it has the potential damage Cars. It ad the junction of the adjoining road it needs urgently to be fixed.
