Cycle lane flooded due to blocked drain

The drain in this cycle lane from Cheltenham Road onto Alley Hill floods to several centimetres deep and about four metres long. This is right at the pedestrian crossing lights also make it very difficult for people to cross.

    This issue is been for long time now , I and others residents reported several times but no work done to fix the problem, it's so dangerous for cyclist and pedestrian. can you please fix it soon .
