Road by traffic lights always flooding when it rains

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4362914.

Not sure if this is a blocked drain or just a dip in tarmac forming lots of water when it rains. Makes pedestrian crossing difficult to cross when heavy rain forms in this area as it forms over the road and you have to jump over the water.
