The gully drain on both sides of road half way up Sutherland place are blocked to overflowing.

The gully drain on both sides of road half way up Sutherland Place BS8 2TZ are blocked to overflowing. I experience periodic influx of water following rainfall in the lower rooms of my property which coincides with the drain filling and brimming over. There are 3 floors of my property below drain/pavement level. I feel it is very important that this gully is kept clear to prevent adverse effects on my neighbouring properties. This is a ongoing and current problem and I would request that it is dealt with as a matter of urgency please.

I have managed to clear one of the drains and it is now running freely. However the one opposite remains totally full.
