Breakdown of road surface

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4374284.
The junction of Hungerford Road with West Town lane the surface is made up of road tiles. Many of these have now disintegrated leaving pot holes across the entire road. The problem has been getting worse for months.
