Worn and slippery steps

These steps are in Dundridge Park St George and are worn and dangerous. I reported them end of September 2022 with a photo. The council’s response was that they were fixed and no further action was necessary. I use the park daily and they have not been fixed. Yesterday someone slipped and fell on the steps and required treatment at his Doctors. Previous Ref no 3806095 Please treat as urgent. I shall be contacting my local councillor. 3 word location dull.look.combing.
