There is no 198 on the sign

The street sign only shows up to 196 when the houses go up to 198. 198 is my disabled brother's house and it's difficult for anyone to find it from the road. Nurses and doctors that need to access his home. The issue has been there since 2020 when he moved in. We would like a new street sign to include his home address. We have emailed and called but nothing has been done as yet. Thank you for looking into this.
