Dangerous trench needs to be fixed!

Reported via Android in the Bridges/Subways category anonymously at 18:31, Thursday 30 March 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4378773.

After numerous reports to the council & after the council have been out twice to assess this dangerous trench, it is still deemed not bad enough to fix. Clearly, no one from the council has ridden over it. If my bike tyres were the size of motorbike ones there wouldn't be such an issue but I have a commuter bike... you know the things we are all meant to be using rather than driving? I have tried filling with grit, mud, turf & everything gets washed away in the rain & the thousands of bikes / scooter pounding over it daily. Please can you replace the metal grill that has been removed. I've looked online & they cost £11.
