Topsoil used for new footpath full of construction waste

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4384908.

New footpath has been installed in the park connecting Stanton Way and Pen Park Road, the top soil used to backfill either sides of the edging contains, lumps of concrete, whole bricks and old ducting. When it does eventually grass over it will not be safe.
