Two foot pothole near water meter and collapsing drain opposite

This is the third time I have reported this and no action has been taken!
There has been a large depression around the two water meters outside of 24 Jeffries Hill Bottom for several years and now it is starting to get worse. There is slow a drain on the opposite side of the road that is also starting to collapse.
