Tree branches falling on my property

Every tree has been maintained and cut expect for this one. I reported this before and it wasn’t fixed sent an email saying fixed but it hasn't been.

The branches is falling on my property and the leaves were to hefty last autumn please trim this tree down i pay my council tax bill and this is a council tree.

This is the tree outside 8 and 10 thicket avenue.
