Overgrown hedge

The hedge outside of 176 rodbourne road is extremely overgrown, and blocking half the pavement, it has been this way for some time.

When a car parks next to it, it makes the pavement completely impassable unless you duck underneath it or walk into the road. The same problem occurs whe two people try to pass by, one is either forced to stop or walk into the road.
