Holes in the pavement next to primary school

Huges holes in the pavement. Extremly dangerous as busy kids area as next to primary school. Problem reported various time using various channel but no one take ownership. Holes there for the last 5 years and nothing has been done. Kids can easily get hurt. No easy access with prams. Unaccetable that no one has done anything about it in 5 years
