Double yellow degraded, blocking Dry Riser Inlet
Reported via desktop in the Roads category anonymously at 12:44, Thu 6 April 2023
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4405997.
These yellow lines have been degraded since work took place on Jacob Street, at least late 2021. Cars are parking on these degraded lines and blocking the Dry Riser Inlet for the Castle Court North, which is a space that should remain clear for emergency vehicles, as well as blocking easy access for residents with garages opposite. I personally have had to scrap a car when the steering belt snapped due to consistent dry steering for maneuvering.
As you can see, the lines have recently been painted, but only a small portion and not the entire street, please reinstate these lines and get parking wardens to patrol Jacob Street
