Tenant leaving obstruction on walkway

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4407974.

A tenant has left pallets and planters on the walkway causing a hazard for the tenants of the area, wheel chair users have struggled to get by and some tenants have tripped over these items, items have been there for almost a year, tenants have flagged this issue multiple times to council which council have ignored.

Tenants are fed up with the walkways being blocked and under under section 137 of the Highways Act 1980 it is a offence for the walkway to be obstructed. Get this issue resolved or tenants will be seeking legal advice
