Three way lights causing long delays

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4431429.

These lights have been there for months and there is no indication of any work being carried out. However they are causing long delays unnecessarily. I see other people have been reporting this issue for over a month without any action taken just closing the cases which is not helpful or resolving the issue. Here's hoping for some action that will resolve the problem or an explanation why the light are there.
