Kerb stones not finished and getting worse

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4435444.
The Kerb stones on the street were started back last year The barriers were left and are now laying on the pavement. There are many Kerb stones that are loose or nearly out and where the Kerb stones that were taken out, a bad job of tarmac has replaced them and this is not level and raised, it is now a trip hazard, residents thought this was temporary but seems not and this is not good enough Several work men have been out put the barriers back up probably now for third time assuring us that work would be completed properly but this is not the case. After nearly a year this has not happened and yet again the barriers have fallen down and this is a very bad trip hazard especially where they are situated outside an elderly lady's home. Prhaps on the next occasion the work men come, it might be an idea for a senior member from your dept come and inspect there work as its costing us and council money Temporary repairs are not the option and if they wasn't temporary then the job is not done correctly
