New path damaged by council lorries

I have just paid out several thousand of pounds on a new driveway and kerb and your lorries have make marks in it see photo attached when they have resurfaced Rodmead drive Withywood I live opposite and my son said a lorry went onto it it has also cracked the pavement in between my path and my next door neighbours I have tried to ring no answer I want this sort as the driveway was only completed in January I want this made as a complaint
