Metal road barrier not secure

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4441279.

The metal road close barrier has not been tied / locked to the post it is sticking out into the road a poses a risk to on coming traffic especially at night as there is not street lighting.
