Unrestricted access to lane enabling thefts from properties

A recent spate of thefts from garages and sheds on the west side of Allison Avenue, overlooking the Rock Allotments, demonstrates that a residents only access gate should be fitted to the lane to mirror similar gates fitted to the North and East of Allison Avenue.
