Trees and undergrowth encroaching on the roadway

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 15:04, Friday 21 April 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4470787.

Trees and undergrowth have been a significant problem along Crews Hole Road/Blackswarth Road in the areas highlighted in the screenshots attached for several seasons and is currently at it's worse to date. This is going to get much worse in the coming 'growth' months. It is incredibly dangerous having already caused several minor bumps and scrapes between vehicles and countless damaged wing mirrors. In just a 15 minute midday slot, we have witnessed two vehicles forced to mount the pavement outside of the entrance to 'Concrete Fabrications' and three vehicles forced into the undergrowth to avoid collisions. This is also causing significant damage to vehicle paintwork on a daily basis. There is an increasing likelihood of a more serious collision taking place.
