Huge trees overhanging garage access road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4476649.

The enormous trees here are overhanging the Access road by metres and some branches are growing towards the ground into a smaller tree below. The owner was issued with an enforcement notice but this has not been actioned. Why isnt BCC following through on getting the work carried out. Or do the work themselves and bill owner.
